Adil Digital Academy, a Bangladesh-based online skill development platform, is expanding access to practical digital training for students, job holders, homemakers and fresh graduates across the country.

The academy was founded by Touhidur Rahman Adil, who built his career through freelancing and remote work, accumulating more than $700,000 in combined earnings on Upwork and Fiverr and managing remote teams of more than 75 people.

"Bangladesh does not have a shortage of talented people. What many people need is proper direction, practical training and the chance to practise what they learn," said Adil.

The platform's flagship programme, Virtual Assistant & AI Mastery, covers professional communication, project management tools, CRM, AI tools and remote-work workflows, stated the institute.

Students receive assignments and practical tasks alongside classes.

The academy has served more than 5,000 students and operates with a 17-member team. It offers free courses for learners not ready to pay, and provides laptop support to financially disadvantaged women in selected cases.

Students with disabilities or difficult personal circumstances may receive flexible learning arrangements.

Career support is also built into the platform, with regular postings of remote job opportunities, local and international scholarships and higher-education pathways.

Adil Digital Academy operates entirely online, allowing it to reach learners in districts, Upazilas and smaller towns without requiring relocation.
