Robi opens two new centres in Chittagong to service customers

Mobile-phone operator Robi Axiata has opened two new customer service centres in Chittagong.

In a media statement released on Wednesday, it said the move was part of its plan to significantly enhance the ability to ensure quality customer service in the port city.

 

The new Robi Sheba centres are at Chawkbazar (1st Floor, Ali Plaza-3) and GEC Circle (Ground Floor, Atlanta Trade Centre, 23, AMM Ali Road).

 

Robi’s Executive Vice President Nazir Ahmed, Area Manager AKM Sayem, Centre Manager Nur Alam, Centre Manager Mejbah Uddin, Customer Experience Specialist Mohammad Mahabubur Rahaman Bhuiyan, Customer Experience Manager Mohammad Nazmul Kader, Area Manager Muhammad Mahmud Hossain Mamun from Market Operations Division were present at the inauguration ceremony.

 

The statement added that Robi’s People and Corporate Division Manager Md Lutful Bari and Specialist Noushad Iqbal were also present.
