Dhaka, Oct 19 (bdnews24.com) — Mollah Waheduzzaman, secretary to the Prime Minister's Office (PMO), has been awarded an extended three-year contractual appointment.
In an establishment ministry order on Tuesday, Waheduzzaman was awarded the appointment three months prior to his retirement.
The ministry order states that Waheduzzaman's current contract ends on July 17, 2011 following which he was supposed to go on a Leave Preparatory till Retirement (LPR).
Last year, he was transferred to the PMO from food and disaster management ministry.
