Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Moinul Haque issued the order on Tuesday after police sought five days to question them in custody.
Among the detainees, Muktijuddha Mancha's General Secretary Al Mamun and its Dhaka University unit's General Secretary Yasin Arafat Turjo on Monday while the organisation's Office Secretary Mehedi Hasan Shanto was apprehended on Tuesday.
Al Mamun and Turjo are listed as suspects in the case started by the police on Monday but Shanto was not named included.
Al Mamun had served as the deputy secretary of Liberation War affairs in the Chhatra League's previous committee. Turjo is the current organising secretary of the Chhatra League's Dhaka University unit while Shanto is serving as the general secretary of the Bangabandhu Hall's council.
Nur and his followers came under attack at the DUCSU Bhaban on the Dhaka University campus on Sunday.
A group of Bangladesh Chhatra League activists were spotted during the attack.
A total of 28 people, including Nur, were taken to hospital for treatment after the attacks.
Police subsequently started a case against 43 people over the incident.
Six leaders of the Muktijuddho Mancha, including Al Mamun and Turjo, are among the eight named suspects in the case.
