Dhaka, May 14 (bdnews24.com)—The results of Secondary School Certificate and equivalent examinations will be announced on May 26, chairmen of two education boards told bdnews24.com on Thursday.
The chairman of Dinajpur Education Board, Prof Md Sanaullah, told bdnews24.com that the result of SSC examinations would be published on May 26.
The chairman of Comilla board Prof. Atiqur Rahman told bdnews24.com, "The result is expected to come out on May 26."
The officials at the education ministry also said the results of SSC under general education boards, Dakhil examinations under Madrasa Education Board and SSC (vocational) under Bangladesh Technical Board would be published on May 26.
But the probable date for publication of the result was May 25 before the examination began.
The SSC, Dakhil and SSC (vocational) examinations began on Feb 15.
According to education ministry report, a total of 1,063,484 candidates sat the exams. Of them, the number of SSC examinees was 8, 01,709, Dakhil examinees 1, 86,718 and SSC (vocational) 75,057.
