Dhaka, Feb 1 (bdnews24.com) -- Rear Admiral Sarwar Jahan Nizam has been appointed naval chief.
Nizam will replace Rear Admiral M Hasan Ali Khan, the defence ministry said in a statement Thursday.
The new appointment takes effect from Feb 10 afternoon.
