‘Razakar’ Hasan Ali’s trial begins

The International Crimes Tribunal has indicted Syed Md Hasan Ali, for war crimes in Kishoreganj during Bangladesh’s Liberation War.

Six charges were framed against the absconder by the ICT-1 headed by M Enayetur Rahim on Tuesday.

The first testimony was scheduled on Dec 7.

Ali is charged with killing 24, abducting and confining 12 as well as looting and torching 125 homes.
