The prime suspect in the Oct 25 rape of a Garo tribal girl in Dhaka has been arrested.

The Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) said that 26-year-old Rafsan Hossain Rubel was arrested on Friday from the Airport Rail Station area in the capital.
The elite police unit said Rubel, who lives in Dhaka's Badda, is accused in several cases of rape, extortion, robbery, narcotics. He is also named in a case filed under the Arms Act.
The victim initiated a case on Oct 28 with the Badda police station.
In May last year, a Garo girl, in her early twenties, was dragged into a car when she was waiting for transport to reach home after work.
Those in the car took turns to rape her and after 90 minutes she was dumped off at Uttara.
Police have arrested two, including the driver of the car, over the incident on May 21, 2015.
