Metropolitan Magistrate Anwar Sadat sent her to jail on Saturday after recording her statement.
Defence lawyers allege Oishee has been ‘pressurised’ and ‘enticed’ to issue the statement.
They had filed several applications with the court, including a plea to transfer her hearing to a juvenile court.
The defence has claimed Oishee to be ‘psychologically imbalanced’ and sought the court’s permission to visit the spot where her father Mahfuzur and mother Swarna Begum were killed.
Oishee’s paternal relatives had appointed the lawyers who have also moved for her bail.
A Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate court will hear the pleas on Sunday.
Police produced the teenager to the court on Saturday after a five-day remand. Her friend Mizanur Rahman Rony and a minor domestic help Khadiza Khatun Sumi were also remanded.
Court official Abdul Gaffar told bdnews24.com that both Oishee and Sumi had given confessional statement. They have been ordered to jail.
Inspector Abu Al Khaer Matubbar, investigating the case sought another 10-day to interrogate Rony as he did not issue any confessional statement.
After a hearing, Metropolitan Magistrate Asaduzzaman Nur granted police a five-day remand.
A Dhaka court had sent the trio to five-day’s remand on Aug 18. Various quarters flayed the move claiming it had violated the Children Act.
