Dhaka, Sep 10 (bdnews24.com) – The government has appointed Major General Mohammad Ashab Uddin as ambassador.
The Ministry of Public Administration issued an order to this effect on Monday to transfer his job to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. But the army official is yet to be assigned for any office abroad.
Chairman of Khulna Development Authority (KDA) Brigadier General Habibur Rahman Kamal has been removed from his current position and appointed as the Dean of Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP).
Brigadier General Ahmedul Kabir has been attached to the Ministry of Housing and Public Works as he was made the new KDA Chairman.
Meanwhile, Additional Director of the Housing Inspectorate Mir Khairul Alam has been appointed the Private Secretary to the Land Secretary.
