Faruk Khan's son-in-law dead

Dhaka, Jan 25 (bdnews24.com) – Kazi Ashif Tareq, son-in-law of civil aviation and tourism minister Faruk Khan, has died due to heart attack at the age of 32.
Tareq, husband of Faruk Khan's elder daughter Kantara Khan Mumu, died at their residence in the city's Uttara on Wednesday around 8am.
Public relations officer of the civil aviation and tourism ministry Omar Faruk Dewan told bdnews24.com that Ashif Tareq was the general manager (admin) of Summit Group, a family-owned concern of Faruk Khan.
Ashif Tareq was the grandson of Bangla language martyr Shafiur Rahman.
After his janaza (funeral prayer) on the Gausul Azam Mosque premises at Road-9 of Uttara Sector-13 in the afternoon, Ashif Tareq would be buried in Sector-4 graveyard.
Faruk Khan in a statement sought prayers of the countrymen for the eternal peace of Ashif Tareq's soul.
