Chittagong, Mar 10 (BDNEWS) - Chittagong Police handed over the remains of the slain business millionaire and BNP leader Jamaluddin Ahmed Chowdhury abducted in July 2003 and later killed to his family members on Friday.
Farman Reza Chowdhury received his father's skeleton from the inspector of CID also investigation officer Anwar Hossain at their city's Chandgaon residence.
CID Investigation Officer (IO) Anwar Hossain said they would file another murder case within next two three days after the abduction case.
The first namaj-e-janaza of the late businessman was held after Asr prayers at Laldighi Maidan here Friday.

The DNA report received on March 6 confirmed that the skeleton exhumed by the Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) from a remote forest in Fatikchhari upazila on August 24 last year is of Jamaluddin. The DNA test was conducted at a Singapore hospital.
