Dhaka, Sept 16 (BDNEWS) – 'Diamond World' started its journey in Bangladesh opening their first outlet at Gulshan, the most posh area of the capital city, Friday.
The shop to sell diamond and gold ornaments of modern and artistic design was opened on the third floor of Shopper's World at the Gulshan circle-1 market.
A tiny tot named Alvira Rana inaugurated it. Chairman of the firm Rana Shafiullah, managing director Paban Kumar, director Rakibul Kabir, Ibnul Hasan and Dilip Kumar were also present among others on the occasion.
The shop triggered so much fascination and attraction among the people that it is crowded with the aristocratic buyers, wealthy businessmen and eminent stars shortly after its inauguration.
Rana Shafiullah said, "It'll help protect drain out of foreign currency from the country."
The aristocratic shoppers could buy diamond ornaments like earrings, finger rings, necklaces, bracelets, bangles and others from their shop, he added.
There will be arrays of quality ornaments of classic design and high choice to meet with their rich tradition.
These diamonds would come from the authentic and famous diamond traders of Singapore, India, United Arab Emirate, the USA and other countries of the world.
'Shopper's World' and 'Diamond World' would run this shop jointly. This is the first and the sole shop of 'Diamond World' in the country.
