Dhaka, Feb 17 (bdnews24.com) –CID chief Fani Bhushan Chowdhury was transferred to the Police Headquarters in the latest reshuffle in the police Sunday, a top official said.
He was replaced by Javed Patwari, additional inspector general at the Police Headquarters, IGP Noor Mohammad told bdnews24.com.
Fani Bhushan said he would leave for Sierra Leone on Feb 29 to work for the United Nations peacekeeping mission for one year.
