After his swearing-in ceremony at the Bangabhaban on Saturday, Chief Justice Sinha came to Supreme Court and restructured the benches for dealing with appeals, said Supreme Court Registrar Kuddus Zaman.

The chief justice will head one of the Appellate Division benches while Justice Md. Abdul Wahhab Miah will lead the other one.

The other members of the bench led by chief justice are Justice Nazmun Ara Sultana, Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain and Justice Hasan Foez Siddique.

Justice Md. Imman Ali and Justice AHM Shamsuddin Choudhury are the members of the bench led by Justice Abdul Wahhab Miah.

Justice Sinha, the most senior Appellate Judge in the Supreme Court, succeeded Justice Md Muzammel Hossain as Chief Justice after Hossain's retirement on Jan 16. The president appointed him to the office on last Monday.
