Father of Mahbubur Rahman Gama, one of the victims, filed the case with Badda police on Saturday night.
Gama, 40, was the Swechchhasebak League’s Dhaka City (North) unit assistant literary affairs secretary.
Assailants opened fire on four ruling party activists near Badda’s Adarshanagar water pump on Thursday night.
Shamsu Molla, 53, joint secretary of Ward-6 unit of Dhaka City Awami League, and an employee of a private hospital, Firoz Ahmed Manik, 45, died that night.
Gama died following day.
Juba League leader Abdus Salam, injured in the attack, is undergoing treatment at the Dhaka Medical College and Hospital.
The motive for the killings remains unclear.
Gama’s father Motiur Rahman accused 12 unidentified men in the case, Badda police OC MA Jalil told bdnews24.com.
Police are yet to make any arrest over the incident.
