Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has strongly condemned the terrorist attack in Lahore and expressed her deepest condolences to the “brotherly” people of Pakistan.

At least 65 people were killed in a bomb attack that targeted Christians in the eastern city of Lahore on Sunday evening where women and children were enjoying an Easter weekend outing.
She wrote to her counterpart Muhammad Nawaz Sharif that at this moment of grief, “we firmly stand beside you in your fight against terrorism”.
Hasina also prayed for the dead, according to a message the Prime Minister’s office released.
