Air Force chief touring Myanmar

Chief of Air Staff Air Marshal Muhammad Enamul Bari along with his five officers left Dhaka for Myanmar on Saturday.

The Inter-Service Public Relations (ISPR) said it was an official visit at the invitation of the Commander-in-Chief of Myanmar Air Force.

During his visit the Air Force chief will exchange views with senior military officials of Myanmar on bilateral issues. He will visit various military and civil installations.

It is expected that the visit of Chief of Air Staff will play “an important role” for strengthening the existing relationship between Armed Forces of two countries, ISPR also said.
