Six people have died in attacks by Jamaat-e-Islami supporters across Bangladesh since the execution of its Assistant Secretary General war criminal Abdul Quader Molla on Thursday night.

An Awami League leader and a Juba League functionary were lynched and hacked to death respectively in the early hours of Friday in Satkhira, police said.
One roadside vendor was killed during a clash between law enforcers and Jamaat activists in Noakhali’s Begumganj, and another youth was killed in a clash between supporters of the Chhatra League and Islami Chhatra Shibir.
An activist of main opposition, BNP was shot dead at Zianagar Upazila in Pirozpur.
A Jamaat activist was run over by a truck while he was trying to set the vehicle on fire in Jessore’s Bagharparha.
