A mild earthquake has struck Mymensingh’s Bhaluka, with tremors felt in Dhaka and several other parts of Bangladesh.
The quake struck at 11:41am on Tuesday, measuring magnitude 3.4 on the Richter scale, said Rubaiyat Kabir of the Bangladesh Meteorological Department’s Earthquake Observation and Research Centre.
The epicentre was in Bhaluka’s Amtali, 61km north of the capital.
