Dhaka, June 16 (bdnews24.com) – The special assistant to the chief adviser, Mahbub Jamil, Monday had a meeting with the newly elected Bangladesh Football Federation committee members led by its president Kazi Salahuddin.
"It was just a curtsey meeting and we met him at his office in the morning," Salahuddin told reporters at the BFF House in Arambagh Monday.
The BFF boss said that they had discussed some problems relating to district and divisional football associations (FAs) and the special assistant assured us of solving those matters.
When Jamil, also in charge of the youth and sports ministry, wanted to know from the BFF officials about how he could help them, the BFF officials had requested him to arrange sponsors to roll football in the field.
BFF vice president Badal Roy said that they requested him to allocate some money to the FAs so that they could run football game.
