Blanket markets swell as cool winds settle

Although winter has yet to arrive in full force, Dhaka has felt a noticeable chill over the past few days. The cooler breeze has driven up sales of winter clothing, drawing more shoppers to the blanket market along GPO Road beside Baitul Mukarram Market.
