Bangladesh has recorded three more deaths with measles symptoms in a 24-hour count.
Another 55 people tested positive for measles, the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) said on Sunday.
This year, 100 people have died from confirmed measles and 894 with measles symptoms, taking the combined toll to 994.
The health directorate said in its regular bulletin that one person each died in Chattogram, Khulna and Sylhet divisions between 8am Saturday and the following 24 hours.
The DGHS has been publishing measles data since Mar 15.
Dhaka Division has recorded the highest number of symptom-linked deaths at 401, followed by Sylhet with 155.
Rajshahi Division recorded 92, Chattogram 65, Barishal 56, Mymensingh 75, Khulna 36 and Rangpur 14.
Another 1,043 people with measles symptoms went to hospitals nationwide, with 954 admitted: Dhaka Division 319, Rajshahi 23, Sylhet 112, Chattogram 238, Barishal 116, Mymensingh 48, Khulna 85 and Rangpur 13.
Total admissions reached 144,168, with 138,772 discharged.
Suspected cases stood at 164,148 and confirmed cases at 19,696.
