Airtel is now Cirkle in Bangladesh, retaining its 016 number range

Telecom operator Airtel Bangladesh has rebranded as “Cirkle”, introducing a new brand identity aimed at delivering digital services and tailored offers for the youth.

The mobile operator announced the transformation on Monday, noting that all existing connections and services will continue without disruption under the new identity.

Subscribers retaining their familiar 016 number prefix will experience a seamless transition, with Mobile Financial Services (MFS) wallets, bank accounts, transactions, and personal data remaining active and secure.

Users can access the operator's digital services and features by updating to the “My Cirkle” app.

Under the tagline "Real Connection Always ON", Cirkle promises enhanced digital capabilities and future-ready experiences while maintaining the core connectivity built over years of serving young demographics.
