Dhaka, Feb 1 (bdnews24.com)- Diplomat AB Manjoor Rahim was appointed foreign secretary Thursday.
He worked in Germany as Bangladesh ambassador before he was assigned to the new post at the foreign ministry, the establishment ministry said in a statement.
