A motorbike rider has been run over by a bus in Gopalganj on Wednesday.

Gopalganj Police Station Sub-Inspector (SI) Mohammad Azizul Rahman said the accident occurred at Gopalganj-Tekerhat road of Ulpur area at around 10 pm on Wednesday.
The deceased Lutfor Rahman Litu, 45 was a resident of the Upazila’s Hatbaria village.
Relatives of Lutfor said he left the house on his motorbike in the evening.
After he was hit by the bus, locals took him to a hospital where the doctors declared him dead.
The body has been kept in the morgue for post mortem.
