Ramadan 2026: Bangladesh releases sehri and iftar timetable

The Islamic Foundation has published the sehri and iftar timetable for the upcoming month of Ramadan, covering all districts across the country.

The timetable was released on Saturday. The timings will be finalised subject to the sighting of the moon.

Based on the assumption that the first day of fasting falls on Feb 19, the final sehri time in Dhaka on that day will be 5:12am, while iftar will be at 5:58pm.

For the first time, separate schedules have been issued for all 64 districts, removing the need for worshippers outside Dhaka to calculate sehri and iftar times based on distance from the capital.
