Fakhrul heads to Bangkok for medical treatment
BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has arrived in Bangkok for medical treatment.

Fakhrul, accompanied by his wife Rahat Ara Begum, left Dhaka on board a Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight at 11:20 am on Wednesday.
"The BNP leader will receive treatment at Bumrungrad International Hospital in Bangkok. An appointment has already been set with a specialist there,” BNP spokesperson Sayrul Kabir Khan told bdnews24.com.
Fakhrul expects to return home on May 20.
The BNP secretary general had previously visited the capital of Thailand for treatment over a complicated heart condition on Jun 3, 2018.
