Two killed over land dispute in Lalmonirhat
At least two persons have been killed in a clash over a land dispute in Aditmari Upazila in Lalmonirhat.

The incident took place at Gilabari in Saptibari Union around 7am on Tuesday, said local police station chief Masud Rana.
The dead are Abdul Jalil Mia, 50, and Golam Rabbani, 45. Four others injured in the incident have been admitted to the Lalmonirhat Central Hospital.
Two groups of people in Saptibari and Chiparbazar villages had long been engaged in a dispute over land, said OC Rana. The two groups clashed with sharp weapons.
Police went to the scene and brought the situation under control, said OC Masud Rana.
