Teenage boy killed in Tangail road accident
A teenage boy has been killed and another injured after their motorcycle was hit by a truck in Tangail’s Modhupur.

The accident occurred on Sagor Dighi Road in the Motorbazar area on Friday evening, said Modhupur Police OC Md Shafiqul Islam.
The deceased has been identified as 17-year-old Ashraful Islam, while the injured has been identified as 17-year-old Rakib.
According to OC Shafiqul, ten friends had set out for a trip on five motorcycles when one of the vehicles was hit by a truck travelling in the opposite direction, killing Ashraful on the spot.
Rakib has been admitted to a local hospital.
The truck has been taken into police custody, but the truck driver has fled, said OC Shafiqul.
