Woman dies by suicide after trying to kill husband, two sons in Dhaka: Police
Police have recovered the body of a woman, who they say killed herself after failed attempt to kill her husband and their two sons at their house in Dhaka’s Golapbagh.

The husband, Swapan Mia, 40, and their two sons, a grade IX student and the other of grade II, were admitted to Dhaka Medical College Hospital after the incident on Friday morning.
The deceased, Joytsna Begum, 30, hacked Swapan and tried to slit his throat after drugging their two children, Jatrabarhi Police Station OC Wazed Ali told bdnews24.com.
She finally hanged herself from the ceiling fan of a room at the house, the OC said.
Quoting their neighbours, Dhaka Metropolitan Police Deputy Commissioner Md Farid Uddin said the couple had often quarrelled over an alleged extramarital affair of Swapan.
Swapan was a salesman of a shop on Bailey Road, police said.
