During a ceremony on Sunday to mark the wedding, it was known that she tied the knot with Christian Saint John Percy.
He studied at the Cambridge University before joining British civil service.
Sources close to the family tell bdnews24.com they got married several months ago and that they kept the affair under wraps.
Daughter of Shafique Ahmed Siddiq and Sheikh Rehana, Tulip lives with Chris Percy in upscale West Hampstead area of London.
She is a Labour Party politician and an elected councillor for Camden borough from London's Regent Park.
