O'Reilly replaces injured James in England squad

Chelsea defender Reece James has withdrawn from the England squad due to injury and been replaced by Manchester City midfielder Nico O'Reilly who received his first senior international call-up.

James suffered the injury in Chelsea's 2-1 Premier League win over Liverpool on Saturday.

The 20-year-old O'Reilly, who has been capped at junior levels, joined Thomas Tuchel's squad for a friendly against Wales on Thursday at Wembley, and a World Cup qualifier against Latvia in Riga on Oct 14.
