A week-long Baishakhi Fair is being held at the Bangla Academy premises. Decorated in a rural style, it showcases clay dolls, terracotta items, Nakshi Kantha, bamboo and rattan crafts, hand fans, and different traditional toys. Organised by the Bangladesh Small and Cottage Industries Corporation (BSCIC) and Bangla Academy, the fair will conclude until Monday.
