An age-old method of cleaning carrots

In Manikganj’s Joymandap, traditional farming techniques persist despite the modernisation of agricultural practices across Bangladesh. Here, farmers continue to clean harvested carrots by manually spraying water on them, reflecting a time-honoured agricultural practices.
