Sacrificial cattle at Dhaka's markets

This Eid, 19 sacrificial cattle markets will be set up in Dhaka, nine under the Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) and 10 under the Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC). Sales will be held for five days, including the three days before Eid. The cattle are already being brought to the makeshift markets a week ahead of schedule. The cattle market at Dhaka’s Postogola Shmashan Ghat already has some cows available for selection.
