Anti-quota protests continue

Thousands of students and jobseekers demonstrated blocking Shahbagh intersection in Dhaka on Wednesday, demanding reinstatement of a circular abolishing quotas in government jobs. The blockade caused severe traffic jams on the streets around the busy intersection for hours.
