Political parties are gearing up ahead of the upcoming parliamentary election. They are holding frequent meetings, processions or rallies on Dhaka streets attended by enthusiastic party leaders and activists. But little attention is paid to the general public, whose lives and commutes are disrupted by these political programmes.
