Gulistan pavements back under illegal occupation

Hawkers have reoccupied footpaths in Gulistan shortly after an eviction drive cleared the area, bringing back roadside stalls. While the crackdown offered a fleeting reprieve for commuters, the rapid return of illegal stalls has once again choked both pavements and main roads.
