Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel has introduced its latest culinary offering, the Zaika Signature À La Carte menu, bringing a refined interpretation of Indian cuisine to Bahar Multicuisine Restaurant.
The new menu highlights the depth and diversity of regional traditions, presenting dishes shaped by long-established techniques and culinary heritage.
Designed for guests seeking familiar comfort with a modern touch, Zaika draws inspiration from centuries-old craftsmanship. Each dish balances authenticity with contemporary presentation, featuring flavours shaped by the smoky tandoor, slow-cooked gravies, and carefully layered spices.
The menu opens with dishes such as the Cone Dosa, a creative twist on a South Indian classic, and the Tandoori Prawn Shooter, which pairs charred prawns with aromatic spice blends.
Signature mains include Lahori Mutton Dum Biryani cooked with saffron and hand-ground spices; melt-in-the-mouth Beef Kakori Kebab originating from Awadhi cuisine; and Rajasthani Laal Maas, a robust, chilli-rich curry.
The dessert offerings continue the theme of tradition reimagined, with selections such as Anjeer Basundi made from slow-reduced milk and figs, Motichur Mousse Magic for a contemporary spin on a beloved sweet, and Kaju Katli Cheesecake blending nostalgic flavours with modern elegance.
