Lady Gaga appears to have welcomed her first child with fiancé Michael Polansky, according to new photos published by US outlet Page Six.
The images show the couple on a walk in California, with the 40-year-old singer carrying a baby, reports The Independent.
Gaga, whose full name is Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, had not been photographed publicly since August, when she paused to take a selfie with a fan.
She wrapped up her 86-date Mayhem Ball tour in April.
The pop star had spoken openly and repeatedly about her desire to become a mother.
In an interview with the New York Times last year, she said she was excited about motherhood but wanted to give her children the freedom to discover themselves on their own terms.
On The Stephen Colbert Show in October 2025, she was even more direct, saying her next great ambition was simply to be a mum, states The Independent.
Gaga and Polansky, a 42-year-old entrepreneur, met at a friend's birthday party in late 2019 and went public in February 2020.
The couple got engaged in 2024, with Gaga confirming the news in a video filmed at the Paris Olympics, where she introduced Polansky to French prime minister Gabriel Attal as her fiancé.
Speaking to Vogue about the relationship, Gaga described Polansky as smart, kind and fiercely private -- and said she had never been happier.
A representative for Lady Gaga has not yet responded to a request for comment.
