Shahajpath High School seeks five subject teachers at Lalmatia campus

Shahajpath High School has opened applications for five teaching positions at its Lalmatia campus in Dhaka.

The trust-run non-profit school announced the recruitment through a media statement, with applications accepted online or in person until Sept 20.

The school is seeking one teacher each for:

•    Bangla

•    English

•    Mathematics

•    Science

•    Social Science

Applicants are expected to have subject knowledge, confidence, adaptability and a strong commitment to teaching children.

The candidate profile also calls for warm engagement with children, punctuality, hard work, strong written and spoken language skills, a scientific outlook, reading habits, awareness of Bengali heritage and familiarity with modern education and basic information technology.

Selection Process

The recruitment will be conducted in three stages:

•    A written assessment covering general and subject-specific areas

•    An oral interview for shortlisted candidates

•    At least seven working days of practical observation

Salary and other benefits will be settled through mutual discussion after selection.
