Muhith leaves tax exemption threshold unchanged

Finance Minister AMA Muhith has proposed that the tax exemption threshold and tax rate remain unchanged at Tk 250,000 for general taxpayers for the next year.

Muhith has made an exception, though. The threshold for a parent or guardian of a person with disability will be higher by Tk 50,000.
