TAD Group, a major Bangladeshi conglomerate, is highlighting the country’s growing presence in the global apparel industry at Texworld Apparel Sourcing Paris 2025, a European textile fair.
At its booth in Hall 4 (H438), the company has drawn attention from international buyers with a wide range of offerings -- from premium denim and contemporary casual wear to tailored garments, TAD Group said in a statement.
“The display emphasises sustainable sourcing and fabric innovation, underscoring how Bangladesh’s ready-made garment sector has moved from basic manufacturing to comprehensive apparel solutions,” it said.
The three-day event, held from Sept 15-17 at Paris Le Bourget, has given the TAD Group team opportunities to meet buyers from Europe and beyond, including international fashion brands.
Conversations have focused on Bangladesh’s strengths in manufacturing, supply chain reliability and cost competitiveness.
Through these exchanges, international buyers have gained a closer view of Bangladesh’s sustainable practices, advanced production methods and the quality that has helped make it one of the world’s top apparel exporters, TAD said.
Texworld Apparel Sourcing Paris brings together more than 1,300 exhibitors each year, serving as a platform for textile and apparel business networking.
TAD Group’s participation reinforces Bangladesh’s standing as a significant player in the international apparel market, it said.
“Europe remains one of Bangladesh’s most important export destinations.”
“Events like Texworld allow the country’s manufacturers to expand beyond traditional markets and deepen ties with premium European brands looking for dependable sourcing partners,” the statement said.
TAD said the company’s presence at the fair also reflects broader shifts in Bangladesh’s garment sector, which is investing in sustainability, new technologies and design to remain competitive in a fast-changing global market.
