Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited has held its 53rd Annual General Meeting.
The meeting was held on Monday, through a digital platform.
Gerald K Adams, chairman of the Board of Directors, presided over the meeting.
Mohsin Habib Chowdhury, CEO and managing director, along with other Directors Anil Bhalla, Jean-claude Loutereuil, Kanwardip Singh Dhingra, Rupali Haque Chowdhury, Mohsin Ahmed, Reazul Haque Chowdhury, Sunil Sharma, Sazzad Rahim Chowdhury and Maria Howlader also attended the meeting.
The company declared a 525 percent cash dividend for the year 2025-26 and confirmed the appointment of Mohsin as CEO and managing director for five years, starting Aug 1, 2026.
