Meghna Group of Industries (MGI) has held the annual sales conference of its FMCG division, bringing together sales officials from across the country.
The conference was organised in two phases at Sea Pearl Beach Resort & Spa in Cox’s Bazar on Wednesday, with around 1,100 sales officers and representatives from 10 sales lines taking part.
Held under the theme “Together We Rise”, the event focused on collective efforts to meet future sales targets and strengthen coordination across departments.
MGI Chairman and Managing Director Mostafa Kamal joined the conference virtually as the chief guest, while Director Tahmina Mostafa attended as the special guest.

In his remarks, Mostafa said Bangladesh’s improving socio-economic conditions have created opportunities for growth in the consumer goods sector.
Tahmina said sales performance is a shared responsibility across departments. She urged employees to work with discipline and accountability to maintain the market position of MGI brands such as Fresh, No. 1 and Actifit by 2026.
The conference included discussions on sales strategy and execution, along with team-building activities.
Awards were presented to top sales performers and long-serving employees.
