Dhaka, Sep 4 (bdnews24.com)-- Naba Bikram Kishore Tripura, the Acting Secretary of Ministry of Hill Tracts Affairs, has been made full-fledged Secretary to the ministry.
A Ministry of Public Administration circular issued said on Tuesday the appointment was made under the 10 percent quota of the President.
Former Additional Inspector General of Police Naba Bikram was made Acting Secretary of the ministry on Jun 16, 2011 for the next two years using the same quota.
Another Public Administration Ministry order said it had cancelled the contractual appointment of Liberation Wars Affairs Secretary Mizanur Rahman.
