Interim government appoints 673 BCS candidates after over 18 years

Their seniority will be maintained, but they will not receive any backdated financial benefits, authorities say

The interim government has appointed 673 candidates of the 27th BCS to different civil service cadre positions, over 18 years after the annulment of their preliminary oral exam results, in compliance with a court ruling.

On Thursday, the Ministry of Public Administration made the appointments based on the recommendations of the Public Service Commission (PSC).

These candidates have been assigned to entry-level positions across multiple cadres.
