The death toll from a road crash in Netrokona Sadar Upazila has risen to four.
The latest death in the head-on collision between a passenger bus and a battery-powered autorickshaw, known locally as “easybike”, claimed the life of the easybike driver Raihan Mia.
The crash occurred around 11:30am on Sunday on the Netrokona-Mymensingh Highway.
Raihan was initially taken to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital, where he died while undergoing treatment around 3:45pm, said Aminul Islam, a constable at the hospital police outpost.
Two other injured passengers are receiving treatment at Netrokona Sadar Hospital.

Netrokona Sadar Police chief Md Al Mamun Sarkar said the three other victims were Nurjahan Begum, 40, and her daughters Smriti Akter, 16, and Eti Akter, 10.
Police said a passenger bus left Parla Bus Terminal in Netrokona town for Mymensingh, while a packed easybike was travelling towards Netrokona from the opposite direction.
The two vehicles collided head-on in Challisha Bypass. The easybike became trapped beneath the bus, while the bus veered off the road after the impact.
Locals rescued the injured and took them to Netrokona Sadar Hospital, where doctors declared the mother and her two daughters dead.
A case is being processed with Shyamganj Highway Police over the incident, said Al Mamun.
