Army chief Gen Waker sets off on trip to Czechia, Slovakia

The 5-day visit will focus on strengthening bilateral defence cooperation

Army chief Gen Waker-Uz-Zaman has left for the Czech Republic and Slovakia on a five-day official visit.

He departed on Sunday, according to a post by the Inter-Services Public Relations Directorate (ISPR) on its Facebook page.

During the visit, the Army chief is scheduled to meet key defence officials in the Czech Republic and Slovakia as part of efforts to strengthen bilateral defence relations and cooperation, the ISPR said.
